Hi my 3 year old fell at school and hit his head on the floor. left nostril was bleeding. theres no bumps yet just bruising. nose stop bleeding. teacher said he was fine he is napping now though. should i take him to dr?

Head trauma: Just need to observe x 1-2 days. Emesis, head pain or swelling or a change in alert status warrants an MD visit. Otherwise, rest, Tylenol for pain or fever, and observe at home. Glad the nosebleed stopped quickly, common in kids in general.
