My 15 month old slipped and fell on her face. she had a green bump and her mouth was bleeding a bit and is swollen. i have put ice on it in the mean time , what else must i monitor before i should consider taking her to doctor?

Head injury : depend on how high she fell and what she hit ,check her teeth, mouth and nose for injury be sure she not vomiting or getting lethargic or having hard time breathing. if you notice any of those sign or if child is not acting her self take to see a physcian.
