If i had no problem dilating in my first birth (labor had to be augmentated due to water breaking and being strep b positive) is there a good chance i'll dilate without issues again? or is it unpredictable because every birth is different?

Likely okay: It is more than likely that you will dilate better than you did in your first delivery. Do get regular antenatal care to promote your and your baby's health, Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
