How common is amniotic fluid embolism during labor with no induction or augmentation? how common is it with pitocin? i had pitocin with my 1st to augmentate,i was strep b positive in labor with waters broken and it went fine. i hope it does this time?

Rare: Amniotic fluid embolism is rare. Regular antenatal checks are more important than worrying about a rare event. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
