Why are we told not to take a bath during a miscarriage when women give birth in water every day when their cervix is dilated?

Water Birth: Water birth is process of giving birth ina tub of warm water and it is safe and chosen by few moms.Not every doctor considers it safe.But it can be done in hospital as some hospitals offer this alternate way of birth.Not many studies have been done about its safety.There is a risk of infection if water is contaminated, same as during miscarriage.
