About a week after recovering from covid-19, ive been able to see my pulse in both eyes and ive had some frontal headaches (above eyes) could this be a sinus issue or side effect from covid or something else? its been happening about 3-4 weeks now?

Covid has produced many long lasting after effects. Yours could be one of them. Check with your PCP or ENT doctor and hopefully so they will find out your problem.
