Varies: Different locations in the us charge different amounts for this study, for instance east vs. West coast. Differences in price can occur in same city, private office vs. Hospital. Also having medical insurance obviously reduces cost to patient. Most offices charge reduced rate for paying cash for the study. You can find places recommended by your doctor and price different offices/labs.
