If you indeed have an abnormal EKG you should be evaluated by a cardiologist. Doctors in this forum only give health advice, we can not do cardiac clearance for students. Do not worry much in the meantime, an abnormal test does not mean you have significant heart problem.

Have your primary care physician refer you to an experienced cardiologist. As has been mentioned, no need for worry, as in many cases, misplaced or reversed leads during an electrocardiogram may be the culprit instead of organic heart disease.

Not sure why an ECG was required. May have been school "policy" or based on something in your history or family history suggested. "Abnormal" ECG lacks specificity and needs further characterization and reassurance if appropriate. Remember it is often wise to to be sure. Please see a cardiologist. Good luck.
