My daughter age 12 is having frequent stomach pain ( once or twice a week very mild or sometimes mild ) which gets alright in 1 day or lesser than that or in less than 2 days . can it be appendicitis ? no other symptoms?

Unlikely: From what you described appendicitis is unlikely. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining the patient. If the child gets fever or loses weight, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you both good health!
