Diarrhea Rx: Imodium can be used for travelers diarrhea and cramping as per label instructions, but most important is maintaining adequate hydration. Drink generous amount of fluids that contain electrolytes, such as Pedialyte and avoid apple juice, milk and raw fruits and veggies. If there is blood in the stools or a high fever, she should be evaluated.
