Bra rubbing?: Areas where a bra rubs can have some skin inflammation / irritation, after which there may be color changes. Darker spots are called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and lighter ones are called post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. Having any allergic reaction to some component of the bra can cause the same type of color changes. A doctor can check to see if that's what it is.
