Ears seem to rumble when i first wake up. also seem to crackle and pop when yawning or swallowing. what could this be and should i be concerned? been happening for a while. hearing is fine?

There may be partial blockage of the eustachian tube or tubes. If this phenomenon persists you should see an ENT doctor. Not an urgent matter, unless it affects your hearing. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
