Allergies?: Taking all the symptoms into account, you may have allergies. In addition, you may have a deviated nasal septum which would explain why your symptoms are predominately on one side. And ENT physician visit will be a good idea.

Ringing in one ear not very loud. occasionally hearing a gurgling quivering sound similar to water in the ear but not muffled like with water. No hearing loss. no pain, no fever. I did have ear infections alot when I was younger maybe infection?
