Not unless you: want to blow out your eardrum. I suggest following the following protocol: If not hypertyensive use a 12 hr. nasal spray ( Afrin, Dristan or generic ) 2 sprays/nostril AM?PM for 2-3 days max, then STOP. Next use nasal saline spray every 2-3 hrs followed by using a nasal cortisone ( Flonase, NasaCort ) - 2 sprays/nostril/daily. You can use an antihistamine ( Clritin or Zyrtec ) once daily .
