Desaturation: Did you have this testing because you've been experiencing shortness of breath with exertion? Your tests don't reveal pulmonary disorders but do you have spasmodic asthma, abnormal cardiac examination or anemia? Were your fingers too cold when tested? You don't mention how low your O2 saturation fell during walking. Was interstitial lung disease missed on interpreting your PFT's? ?get 2nd opinion.
