Should i be concerned if my daughter had a chest x-ray that showed this and the er doc said she needs a ct scan but her pediatrician won't order one.what could cause this?

Don't know: What "this" is. But i would follow the recommendation of the pediatrician, since he sees kids all day, every day. He is the expert on children.
