Yes: Why would not be OK? Of course the quantity should be controlled. Refeeding syndrome is of concern in case your intake was close to none for days prior to restarting eating and medical monitoring may be needed for few days. Do stay in touch with your medical team daily if you are not currently admitted.

Recall that one goal is to take in enough calories and nutrients to nourish your body and your brain. It is very hard for many people with eating disorders to take in pasta and sugary foods; these may have become forbidden. If you can take in these nutrients (yes, carbs!) you are helping your recovery.
