Rosuvastatin: No, rosuvastatin does not affect gfr or pose other renal risks. It does not need dose adjustment. Usually the ckd happens because of causes that lead you to take rosuvastatin in the first place. Recommend good hydration and avoid nsaid class of medication especially over the counter meds. Good BP and sugar control, regular exercise and a healthy diet.
