Call back: Please call the same number or look for technical support. Sometimes there is a delay from the time the prescription is sent and the time it is received or messages are taken by the pharmacist. Other times there are system issues or prescription is sent to wrong pharmacy. Ultimately the physician might have forgotten to send prescription.
