Have pharmacy contact Physician. Also, you might want to contact the Physician, as well.

If this is a HealthTap physician who was sending a prescription to the pharmacy, you can call HealthTap support for them to reach out to the doctor to make sure the prescription was sent. If you don’t confirm your pharmacy on HealthTap, the prescription is sent 2 hours later. If you confirm your pharmacy, then it is sent right away. Hope you now have your prescription. Good luck!
