I already paid for my consult and the doctor did not put in my prescription at my pharmacy. how do i get this issue fixed without being charged again?

Call them: Sometimes people forget.Also sometimes with electronic prescriptions it goes to the wrong pharmacy or a glitch in the system where it is ordered but not transmitted.Therefore if the doctor was to send in prescriptions call them and they can resend it.j
