A member asked:

I have larger than average resting pupils. objects in low light appear blurred to me. blurriness gone in bright sunlight and exacerbated in low light/night. i've read that large pupils increase refractive error. will glasses help?

Blurry vision: Not an eye doctor sor I would not venture a specific answer. What I would recommend, however, is that you see an eye specialist, an Ophthalmologist, for an examination. A comprehensive exam may determine the cause of your blurry vision. Once cause determined, treatment (medication, glasses, surgery, etc) based on the diagnosis (you have listed symptoms, not diagnosis) can be prescribed.

May need glasses: Large pupils decrease the depth of field and small pupils increase the depth of field. Pupillary size does not alter refractive error but may make an underlying refractive error more symptomatic. You may need gasses. Have a checkup with an ophthalmologist.
