when i don't wear my eye glasses where suddenly things i normally can see (up close) becomes blurry and my pupils dilate and i get dizzy. ?

It's your refractive: error and that's why glasses correct your vision to make up this difference. Without glasses, you may end up with eye strain, headache, dizziness and need to rest. So wear your glasses!
