No: Actual lens prescription can be slightly different than the automated refraction. It will not hurt your eyesight.

Prescription - lasik: It wasn't the topography that measured your refraction, but for a younger person, it is not uncommon that whoever prescribed their glasses overprescribed--gave you more than you really needed. So, as long as the number the measure is actually lower, and other things look stable and healthy on your exam, it should be fine. Your doctor should be able to explain this to you.
