Probably : Probably not a big issue but could have gotten something iin her eyes that caused it--if this does not resolve, have her seen by an ophthalmologist just to be sure.

Children : Children usually have large pupil. Our pupil size tend to get smaller as we get older. However, if there is a change in the size of the pupil she should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.
