Hello! last week, someone from my school had developed some tics (possibly torrets syndrome ) and now a week later 2 more people from the same friend group have developed tics. whats the likelihood 3 people develop tics within a week or so? thanks?

Unlikely: It would be very unlikely for 3 people in the same group to develop a tic disorder within one week unless they were having a very unhappy experience with the same drugs.
