My three month old daughter just started school. she caught a cold in the first week. the cold is slowing disappearing but now she screams when i pick her up....could that be a symptom of her cold? (acheness)

Doubtful...: Usually muscle aches and pain (myalgias) would manifest itself with behavior such that your daughter would be very unhappy and uncomfortable to move any part of her body. In other words, if her entire body was achy-her favorite position would be lying motionless. I think her screaming is due to her behavior rather than illness.
