More possibilities : For irritable bowel it will be unlikely for you to develop symptoms now or if you had them for a while, you would be able to recognize them by now. Many other possibilities cannot be ruled out and the risk of getting dehydrated or developing renal failure becomes significant. Reach out to your treating doc who would be able to further coordinate using local resources.

Not IBS/Diverticuli: Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a chronic condition meaning it's likely a permanent characteristic of your overall health. Diverticulitis is an acute infectious complication of diverticulosis, also a chronic condition. You have acute diarrhea that can lead to life threatening dehydration but will most likely resolve on its own or might require treatment. You must stay hydrated until it does resolve.
