Too non-specific : Where in your abdomen are your cramps? Are there associated symptoms, bleeding, discharge? Any defects (rectocele), surgical repairs? Any known diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease? Help us best help you by providing more information please.
