A 38-year-old female asked:

I was sorting through mail after being out of town. i hadnt noticed one of the envelopes appears to have dried blood. i have multiple cuts on my fingers due to dry skin. does this put me at risk for hiv?

Very Unlikely: Even if the what you think is dried blood, is dried blood, you are at an Infinitesimal risk of getting HIV. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
