Need testing: Who’s blood. If known HIV + you need prophylaxis NOW. If unknown source in a low risk area (church, upscale restaurant, etc) you should get tested now and in 3-4 months. If in high risk area (drug addiction clinic, soup kitchen) probably need prophylaxis as well
