It is possible that this is not actually the cause as well, so you definitely should have your symptoms evaluated before starting any medication, if in fact that is what you need. Work up may include a Head CT or MRI to exclude an organic cause.

Primary care doc: The most important would be to establish with a primary care doc that can further coordinate a referral or treat if a condition is diagnosed. Lifestyle changes should be key regardless, as not all symptoms are sanctionable with drugs.
