Check your levels: Have your ENT or Endocrinologist check your thyroid levels, etc - they may be the culprit. It's a common complaint: https://www.inspire.com/groups/thyca-thyroid-cancer-survivors-association/discussion/memory-loss-after-thyroidectomy/ When you achieve the proper level (or as close as possible) I expect you'll feel these troubles minimize or go away.
