Will the drowsiness and lack of focus improve after a few weeks when my body and mind get used to accutane?

Not sure: Most people tend to get used to side effects of meds within a week or two. However, i don't see either of those side effects listed for accutane, so i can't say for certain that they will disappear. If they continue and are bothersome, my advice would be to stop the Accutane and see if it gets better. If so, then you know that's the cause, and then you have to decide if the benefits outweigh it.
