Get a diagnosis: Your BEST MEDICINE is to get a good diagnosis for why you are in a "brain fog." That's a term that through the years has come to be used a lot of different ways....so it's a vague term. I would see a provider that can get to the bottom what this symptom actually means for your circumstance and then, set out a plan to improve things.
