My mother is 45 n she is having fever and body pains n severe headache for long time which subsides when she takes nsaids but comes again when she stops taking them n she have slight enalrged lymph node at one side of her neck plus she is anemic?

Her symptoms warrant in-person examination and if she has lost weight it is imperative to do that at the earliest. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a hematologist.
