Sore throat/ swollen lymph nodes,headache,neck pain,lower back pain,stomach pain,chills,slight fever i think,nauseous,no appetite,going on for more than 24 hours. cant sleep because of pain, ive taken some headache meds but didnt work.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests viral infection. If the OTC medication has not relieved pain and or fever it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
