Depends: You really should be seen by your md. The symptoms described could be associated witha number of ailments. It is likely a viral infection, but not necessarily. Your age and your description would lead me to test for mononucleosis (epstein-barr virus), but any number of infections can present with your symptoms. See your doctor soon. Good luck!
