I woke up to numbness in my left leg from hip to toe. i can walk, but it tickles in some way. i have only a collapsed arch on my right foot. i massaged my leg and nothing has changed. sciatica may be what it is. if so, what do i do?

Numb leg: Sciatica is one POSSIBILITY. Please see your doctor for a diagnosis. If so, you can ask him/her about taking natural aids such as Turmeric, good quality fish oil, or Alpha Lipoic Acid. If you are overweight please ask about a low carb, higher good fat food plan.Peace and good health,
