I have pain in my spine, hips and legs. i can't stand straight or for very long, my legs will start to tingle and go numb. the pain travels through my left leg at the knee area and when i walk it wants to crack. if i stay idle i began to stiffen up?

Please take OTC advil or aleve as needed for pain if there is other health issue then see your doctor as soon as possible. The evaluation will be best done by either a rheumatologist or an orthopedist but I doubt you can see them directly without referral in Canada. Good luck.
