What are chances of colon cancer 20 months after colonoscopy? had 5mm polyp removed. been having left lower quad and flank pain. negative for infect

Very low: If the colonoscopy was done correctly, there is negligible risk of your developing colon cancer in 20 months. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
