Check with your doc: This may be deconditioning and shorter periods can be slowly increased. However, there also may be a thyroid problem. Check with your doc.

Dehydration.: It's much easier to become dehydrated when running in very hot weather than when running in milder or cooler weather. In fact, running in very hot weather can be quite dangerous. If it gets too hot, you should do your cardiovascular exercise indoors.
