More water: You need to make an active effort to increase your water intake. Dehydration is preventable. A good tip is keeping a large water bottle with you at all times and making sure that you finish it every day, even multiple times. When you feel symptoms, check to make sure you are on target for water drinking, and rest until symptoms improve.

Heat Stroke!: Heat stroke is the most serious form of heat injury and is considered a medical emergency. If you suspect that someone has heat stroke -- also known as sunstroke -- call an ambulance immediately and give first aid until paramedics arrive. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/heat-stroke-symptoms-and-treatment#1
