More water: You need to make an active effort to increase your water intake. Dehydration is preventable. A good tip is keeping a large water bottle with you at all times and making sure that you finish it every day, even multiple times. When you feel symptoms, check to make sure you are on target for water drinking, and rest until symptoms improve.
