Need more info: A broad range of things can cause these symptoms. Can you provide more information? For example, do you take any medications? Do these episodes happen at particular times? During sleep? While you're around other people? Does anything make it better? Are there other symptoms (pounding heartbeat, flushed face, light-headedness)? Can others looking at you tell you're having these episodes?
