You : You will need to do just as your doing to manage your risk factors. Drink lots of water, stay cool by running the air conditioner and take breaks in the shade during times of exertion to keep cool. Also, when you feel like you are overexrerting and sweating, try taking your tempurature. It should be normal. If it is rising, drink water and take a break. Your body is compensating for the history of heat stroke.

Don't: Whatever situation got you heatstroke x 2, indicates that your body needs the "annoying" protective measures when in hot areas. 1st episode predisposes second, and you are now "heat-sensitive." can be years (or never) to revert back to "normal" heat responses. Plan your hi-temp time to include shade, plenty of fluids, rest breaks, try a cooling bandana, wear a hat. Deodorant ok, antiperspirant not.
