Pathological exam: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare, locally invasive vulvovaginal mesenchymal tumor which occurs generally in women of reproductive age, which has a high risk for local relapse. However there is a low tendency to metastasize. If you have any doubts about the diagnosis you could request another pathological exam of the tissue. I wish you well with your health!
