It would not change the shape of your genitalia but it might cause atrophy of the skin and tissues of the area, making it easier to bleed, shiny with little blood vessels and you may see some some shrinking of the fat as well.Ask your Dermatologist about this concern bc there are ways to avoid these side effects.
