It's been a month there was a painful bump under my vagina, near but not on the vulva. at first it was painful but it is not anymore, but the bump is still there. i am planning to visit a doctor but i want to know what can it be?

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. It sounds like a small cyst but without seeing it we would not be able to make a determination.
