Seems a bit: Odd. As if it was truly a lesion of the vagina or vaginal vault it really shouldn't affect your cycles unless you had some complication of the procedure that affected the cervical os(opening of the cervix where you menstrual blood exits). If you could be pregnant consider testing. Otherwise, something else is likely going on.
