Red spots leg: Eczema (atopic dermatitis) If red spots combine in patches, or itch this may suggest eczema. or atopic dermatitis, is a common skin condition. Pain upon pressure could suggest a systemic condition or infectious process. This suggests having the condition evaluated by doctor.
